As Island Family Christian Church has been blessed, so we have the responsibility to share the blessing by seeking to take God's Word to the ends of the earth. The Missions Ministry seeks to obey the Great Commission with prayer, developing strategic partnerships, involving people in short-term mission trips and providing resources. Our desire is to reach beyond the walls of our local congregation by evangelizing, discipling, assisting with church planting, and aiding in relief and development—thus providing for both the spiritual and physical needs of people.

Island Family supports a variety of missions, some near, some far.
Examples include:
1. Common Grace (student mentoring program on Oahu).
2. “Cold Drink on a Hot Day” (sharing Christ’s aloha with our neighbors on Oahu).
3. Filipino radio broadcast (Oahu).
4. South Seas Christian Ministries (outreach into the South Pacific).
5. Short-term trips (Samoa, Pinehaven Christian Children’s Ranch in Montana, New Zealand, Kalaupapa, Mexico).
6. YWAM Missionaries Emosi & Silvana Tatukivei (Guinea Bissau, W. Africa)
